These Terms and Conditions govern direct reservations and use of the Peachtree Lodge website and reservation services.
By submitting a reservation through our website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions together with applicable Peachtree Lodge hotel policies.
1. Reservations
Reservations are subject to actual room availability at the time the booking is processed.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including their name, email address, mobile number, address, dates of stay, number of guests, and selected room type.
Peachtree Lodge may reject, cancel, or investigate reservations that appear fraudulent, automated, abusive, duplicated, or based on intentionally false information.
2. Email Verification
Peachtree Lodge may require verification of the email address provided during the direct-booking process.
A temporary one-time verification code may be sent to that email address for reservation-security purposes.
Attempts to bypass, interfere with, automate, or abuse the verification process are prohibited.
3. Room Availability and Rates
Availability and rates shown on the website are subject to final system verification when the reservation is submitted.
If the selected room becomes unavailable or the applicable rate changes before confirmation, the guest may be asked to review the updated availability or rate.
4. Pay at Hotel
Unless otherwise clearly stated for a specific reservation, direct website reservations currently use Pay at Hotel.
No online payment is required through the Peachtree Lodge website for a standard Pay-at-Hotel reservation.
Applicable accommodation and authorized hotel charges are payable directly to Peachtree Lodge in accordance with hotel payment procedures.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM.
Standard checkout time is 12:00 noon.
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to hotel availability and applicable hotel charges.
Guests must present valid identification when required during check-in.
6. Late Arrival and No-Show
Pay-at-Hotel reservations are normally held until 7:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date.
Guests expecting to arrive after 7:00 PM should contact Peachtree Lodge in advance.
If a guest does not arrive or contact the hotel by the applicable hold time, Peachtree Lodge may release the room.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Reservation changes and cancellation requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Peachtree Lodge.
Where a special rate, promotion, package, cancellation condition, or other booking restriction applies, the applicable condition should be disclosed to the guest before the reservation is completed.
8. Room Occupancy
Guests must comply with the permitted occupancy of the room type selected during booking.
Occupancy limits vary by room type. Guests must not exceed the confirmed number of occupants without authorization from the hotel.
9. Hotel Rules
Guests agree to comply with the Peachtree Lodge House Policy, including rules regarding smoking, pets, visitors, noise, property care, room keys, and guest conduct.
10. Damage and Loss
Guests may be responsible for loss, damage, or misuse of hotel property caused by themselves or persons associated with their stay.
Applicable charges may be assessed according to the circumstances and cost of repair or replacement.
11. Website and Technical Availability
Peachtree Lodge makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate website, availability, and reservation information.
Online services may occasionally be affected by maintenance, network interruptions, third-party service failures, security checks, or other technical conditions.
Where a technical error prevents a reservation from being completed correctly, guests may contact Peachtree Lodge for assistance.
12. Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to hotel systems, submit fraudulent bookings, abuse verification systems, intentionally disrupt the reservation service, or use automated methods to create excessive or false reservation requests.
Peachtree Lodge may restrict requests that reasonably appear abusive or harmful to the service.
13. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with the Peachtree Lodge Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
Peachtree Lodge may update these Terms and Conditions as hotel operations, technology, services, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page together with its latest update date.
